The Arrangement was completed on March 1, 2023. Under the Arrangement, each shareholder of the Company is entitled to receive cash consideration of $0.30 per each share held. Additionally, all outstanding options and RSUs have been assigned to the Company and cancelled in exchange for a cash payment, if any, in accordance with the terms of the Arrangement.
